I believe deeply in therapy that moves toward collective liberation and names how oppressive systems shape us. Alongside this, I offer psychoeducation to help you understand what’s happening in your nervous system and build strategies to help you reconnect.
In our first session, we’ll go at your pace as you find your footing with what you want out of therapy. You always get to choose how much you share, and I trust you to know what pace works best for you. Resistance is welcome too — starting therapy can be genuinely hard, and any discomfort that shows up can become an ally we explore together.
