My work centers around compassion as each of us are complex beings navigating an often complex and traumatic world around us and within us. I specialize in working with individuals with dissociative disorders, complex PTSD, and severe trauma as well as individuals in life transitions and the grief process. We work together to create lasting improvement, calming the body and the mind for changes to take place in all aspects of your life.
I specialize in working with individuals that are finding themselves stuck in the same loop of behaviors due to complex trauma, family of origin issues and abuse, narcissism, depression, anxiety, borderline personality, dissociative identity disorder, and ADHD. Through the power of empathy, compassion and support we walk a path of growth and transformation.
