I provide a comfortable, non-judgmental, professional, and encouraging therapeutic relationship. I have 15 years of experience working with clients who struggle with mental health, trauma, and addiction issues. I provide EMDR, as well as, traditional talk therapy. I use a variety of tools and modalities to best help each individual client. If there is a specific type of therapy you are looking for please let me know and I will accommodate if it is in my wheelhouse. I encourage my clients to explore the source of their symptoms. I like to evaluate client's lives holistically and assess if small changes to lifestyle, diet, etc can help recovery.
