I specialize in trauma and PTSD using Lifespan Integration (LI), a gentle, neuroscience-informed approach that helps your brain reprocess past experiences without retraumatization. I work extensively with several populations with a high concentration on Veterans and First Responders and their families, as well as individuals struggling with sexual dysfunction, problematic sexual behaviors, infidelity, and betrayal. My approach is direct, nonjudgmental, and focused on creating lasting change—not just symptom relief.
I provide a safe and judgment-free space where you can explore your unique challenges and begin the process of healing. My approach honors you as the expert of your own life, while offering guidance and tools to help reclaim your optimal functioning. I offer traditional talk therapy and Lifespan Integration.
