I have practiced over 40 years as an individual, couples and certified family therapist, particularly addressing issues of anxiety, depression and loss, as they emerge throughout the life cycle. With couples, I strive to facilitate improving your communication, whether it be in service of remaining together, or instead, through the difficult process of separation and divorce. My major focus is on both you and your children moving forward.
I am a trained coach in Collaborative Divorce, a process that seeks to minimize harm to all members of the family going through this difficult transition.
My approach is practical and solution-oriented, with great emphasis on warmth, support, lack of judgment and mobilization of your own strengths. I offer both in-office sessions, as well as telephone support.
