I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) in Maryland. I earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University in Sterling, Virginia. I am a retired U.S. Air Force officer and have experience in trauma, depression, anxiety, and addictions counseling. I am passionate about helping people discover the best of themselves so they can flourish. I have been exposed to many life experiences and have learned that we are on a journey in life that includes complex and challenging times. My goal is to help you discover your inner strengths and motivation to navigate through life’s challenges.

As a graduate-level clinician, I participate in supervision to receive feedback on the usefulness and quality of care of all my clients.
