As a former first responder and combat veteran, I have a unique understanding of the very complex challenges that are faced by not only the individual but their families as well. I use evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also offer all services in Spanish.
Lastly, I am passionate about breaking the stigma of mental health. As a trauma survivor myself, I understand the life-changing experience therapy can be. My goal is to help individuals live fulfilling lives and be a part of meaningful relationships. Whether it be the relationship we have with ourselves, or with friends, partners, and family members.
