I have over 35 years of experience in the combined fields of counseling and behavioral health. Some of my techniques include Conventional Therapy, CBT, REBT, Solution Focused Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing. I'm trained in EMDR which is recognized as an effective treatment for trauma by The World Health Organization, National Institute of Health, APA & the Veteran Administration. Research shows EMDR is rapid, safe & effective. EMDR is highly effective for a wide range of disorders including: Trauma, abuse, depression, recovery from sexual abuse & traumatic events.
