The pressure of becoming independent & successful in our culture can be overbearing and often leads to burnout, anxiety, feeling lost & not good enough, or perfectionism.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy using therapy techniques designed to help you recognize and change the thinking & behavior patterns that keep you stuck. In a safe environment, we'll tune in to painful emotions & learn from them. Through inquiry, I help you gain clarity around your values & goals leading to a sense of clear direction & confidence.
