I am an LMFT with over 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist both in mental health clinics, hospitals, and recovery centers; as well as private practice. My clinical work is focused on treating depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and operational stress in first responders, medical, military, law enforcement, or other helping professionals.
