My approach blends practical tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with the relationship-focused work of the Gottman Method, and the deeper emotional exploration of Internal Family Systems (IFS). That means we’ll work on both what’s happening day-to-day and what might be going on underneath the surface.
For men, I often focus on things like emotional expression, anger, identity, and the pressure to have it all together. In family and couples work, I help people communicate better, break out of unhealthy patterns, and build stronger connections.
