Seeking counseling as a man can be intimidating with all of the "bro codes" and expectations we put on ourselves. Whether there are issues with anxiety, depression, identity, trauma, relational issues, communication problems, I am here to help figure out how to navigate the emotions in a nonjudgmental way.
I utilize CBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness and a few other therapeutic strategies to sort through feelings and help figure out the root of the reasons we sometimes need counseling.
While I focus on men and their specific needs, I have 5 years of experience working with troubled youth and several years working with adults who have had a variety of mental health issues, so I am open to working with anyone 12 and older.
