Jerry Jasmin
Pre-Licensed Professional, MA
I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking clarity during times of transition across the life span. I am of the belief that no two stories are the same. So, I approach each client with a person-centered framework to ensure that each story is heard and validated. I seek to foster an environment where clients feel comfortable to share their concerns without fear of shame, guilt, or judgement. My goal is to cultivate awareness in clients to equip them with the skills needed to work through depression, anxiety, familial concerns, and other areas of distress.
My specialties include: sports counseling, couples counseling, and marriage and family therapy. I have a passion for working with athletes and their families to address concerns including: depression, anxiety, life transitions, retirement, identity exploration, and many other psycho-emotional concerns that are unique to the athlete population.
When we work together, we'll explore your concerns through a holistic framework. We'll address the different domains of wellness with aspirations of achieving balance and total wellness. Together, we can foster growth and self-actualization by making sure your needs are met. It would be an honor to work with you. I am now seeing clients in Winter Park.
