I help the family, loved ones, and friends of those with substance abuse disorders. I also provide one-on-one therapeutic support for adults actively working on recovery from addiction. Apart from substance abuse issues, I work with adult clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or anyone in a difficult life transition, such as grief, separation or divorce.
Substance abuse and addiction problems are notoriously difficult to address. Confusion about addiction leaves many spouses, friends, siblings, and children to suffer silently with considerable emotional upheaval. These are the ones I seek to offer counseling support.
