Offering helping hands for life's obstacles. In my social work career, I have met people from all walks of life experiencing what seems to them to be insurmountable challenges in their lives. In their efforts to alleviate the pain created by these challenges, many have found relief through gaining knowledge and understanding to assist them in their journey through life. Therapy offers a variety of tools to make the changes/improvements you seek, from understanding how our thoughts influence our behaviors and feelings to learning to be present in the moment by disengaging from stress and worry. Together we will discover the therapeutic techniques most beneficial to your well being.
What you get from therapy is the result of the effort you make. You deserve to be the best YOU possible. I offer therapy to individuals and families ages 3 and up. I also offer clinical supervision to other therapists pursuing licensure. Initial phone consultations are free. Saturday/evening appointments are available.
