I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in treating diverse individuals, and groups who may have mental and emotional health issues in relationship problems. I utilize an Integrative Therapeutic Approach consisting of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy.
Factors unique to my practice are my varied life experiences. I have met others with diverse backgrounds in the United States, Canada, and Europe. My unique experiences as a mother, wife, daughter, businesswoman, and adoptee afford me the ability to help others from all walks of life understand their problems.
