I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotional abuse, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, and overwhelm. Many of my clients struggle with people-pleasing, low self-worth, unhealthy relationship patterns, or feeling emotionally stuck after painful experiences. I provide a supportive, trauma-informed space where clients can build insight, process difficult experiences, strengthen coping skills, and work toward healthier relationships, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
My approach is relational, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s needs. I utilize evidence-based approaches including EMDR, narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I am also a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician specializing in trauma and emotional abuse recovery.
