Anxiety, adult ADHD, burnout, starting/changing careers, school, stress, parenting, and creativity are just some of what I work with. My approach draws from CBT, mindfulness, and humanistic psychology––all ways to become aware of, and then adjust, the negative stories that constantly play in our minds.
I am a writer, photographer, and nerd (quiz me on anything Lord of the Rings), and I encourage you to bring whatever interests you have––no matter how small or out there, the more niche the better––into the therapy process.
