About
Therapy is a place where we get to focus on what's important to us: where we've been, where we'd ideally like to go, and everything in between. A confidential place just for you - free from the distractions of work, responsibilities, family and other people's agendas. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are at, and to support you in the ways that you need.
This could include exploring your past, searching for themes, patterns, and insights. This might also include focusing on your strengths and solutions, identifying the parts of your life that are working, and learning how to healthfully navigate difficult challenges you are currently facing.
As a therapist, my approach is to be emotionally present, curious, and compassionate, creating a relationship based on respect, dignity, safety, and trust.
