My name is Jerimee Smith and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I would like to offer you a sounding board that can lead to increased insight, awareness, support, and coping strategies. I have worked in the mental health and addictions field for over ten years. I specialize in the treatment of addiction, depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, and a variety of mental health issues. My approach is eclectic, meaning I use whatever mode of treatment best suits your specific needs.
I have always been interested in helping others and coupled with a strong interest in psychology, understanding there are reasons we think and behave as we do, I have found counseling to be a great fit for me. I feel very lucky to be working in a field which I am passionate about and interested in.
