About
All human beings have unhealthy relationships. Whether it’s feeling dependent on a partner or other people for happiness, using your relationship with drugs or alcohol to self medicate, struggling to navigate a codependent relationship with a parent or child who is unhealthy, or not trusting yourself and personal decision making. Relationships with both people and things and ourselves are very complicated. Together lets work on taking back control in your life and building emotional intelligence along the way.
As Master’s level counselor who has worked with a variety of people, my goal is to help you achieve a more fulfilling life. My counseling style is mixed-method straight forward approach that challenges you to connect your past and present to take control of your future.
Previous work experience includes : substance abuse, codependency, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, communication, grief, family conflict, self awareness and more. Emotional Intelligence is not something you just wake up with. It is a muscle. It needs to be worked, challenged and cared for.
