Maybe talk therapy hasn’t worked or just didn’t feel quite right. You might feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to come back to yourself. I work with people who want support moving through distress without needing to re-live everything. We’ll start by tending to what’s most urgent... building tools for regulation, finding safety in your body, and resourcing you for what’s next. From there, we can gently explore ways to improve communication with yourself and others.
I’m a creative arts therapist offering care that meets you where you are. We can use art, movement, parts work, or just talk... whatever feels most supportive. No art experience is needed. Everything is paced to your needs and capacity.
I offer free 20-minute phone or video consults if you’d like to see if we’re a good fit. My space is neurodivergent-affirming, queer-allied, and sex-positive. Sessions are available in-person, online, or both.
