I specialize in trauma, PTSD, Complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and dissociation. I am trained in EMDR and Ego State Therapy (Parts Work) and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional – Level 2, giving deep insight into the complexities of trauma and healing. I primarily works with adults ages 20 and older, offering individual counseling in person and via telehealth, as well as pre-marital counseling for couples.

Over the years, I have seen the power of normalizing struggles—helping clients understand that their pain, anxiety, or trauma responses are not signs of weakness but rather signs of survival. I recognize that healing takes time and that every journey is unique. That’s why I carefully tailor therapy to each person’s needs, ensuring a safe and empowering time.
