Hello! I am Jeri and I am a licensed therapist in Illinois. I have over 20 years experience working with individuals who are experiencing a wide variety of issues such as anxiety, mood issues, self esteem, marriage and couples relationship issues. I enjoy helping people explore how their thoughts and feelings are connected and help them grow in their ability to be fully present in their own life and the lives of their loved ones. I enjoy incorporating areas of interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and mindfulness.
