I provide individual and family counseling to children, adolescents, adults and couples. My clinical interventions include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Trauma Informed Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Supportive Therapy. Most importantly, I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere where you can safely explore your thoughts/feelings/behaviors.
