Hello, I'm Jeremy, an LCSW seeing clients online throughout Texas. I'm direct and practical, but open-minded in my approach. We name what's actually going on, then build tools you'll use on a regular basis, not just in session. CBT and Motivational Interviewing do most of the work, and I'll ask real questions instead of nodding along.
