I specialize in working with teens and men ages 14-35 who struggle with social anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. These issues often show up as anger, guardedness, feeling misunderstood, alone, or angry. If you have known trauma, loss, abuse, or bullying, this can have a profound impact on how you see yourself and connect with friends, partners, and family. If you feel isolated, misunderstood, or anxious around others, you are not alone. That is far from who you really are.
I use a combination of Emotion-focused and Narrative therapies to help you to explore the root of where negative core beliefs come from. We challenge those beliefs, embrace the feelings that are most helpful, and create a plan to become the realized best version of yourself: unburdened by guilt, shame, fear, and anger.
