In our work together, I aim to create a safe and nonjudgmental space which will enable you to explore yourself and create the resilience you will need to face adversity. I see challenges as an opportunity for growth and believe one can always learn from mistakes.

I primarily work through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy lens, and I specialize in anxiety, stress management, relationship issues, and depression. In session, we will work toward having your thoughts, actions, and behavior align to minimize discomfort. I believe change can be achieved by strengthening self-efficacy and resiliency.
