I have also helped individuals who have experienced trauma, physical and emotional abuse, with associated mental health challenges to stabilize and move toward healing. I work closely with you to challenge unhelpful thought patterns and behavior, helping regain control over your life. My approach includes cognitive-behavioral, person-centered therapy, strength based therapy, and solution focused therapy. My therapy style is relaxed and interactive, with respect and compassion.
I operate with an attitude of learning about the uniqueness of each person and situation, seeking to tailor treatment to each specific individual and their needs as it relates to anxiety and depression. Regarding men's issues, it is my mission to empower men to overcome the obstacles that prevent you from living a fulfilling and emotionally balanced life.
Through open and honest dialogue, I assist in fostering healthier relationships and equip you with the tools needed to navigate the complexities of topics such as masculinity, break-ups, and juggling depression and anxiety in today's world.
