I am a licensed clinical psychologist whose goal is to collaborate with you and your family to improve your loved one's mental health. I provide therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. I also offer family therapy regarding child-related issues. My approach to therapy uses a combination of cognitive-behavior therapy, interpersonal and attachment strategies. I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment to my patients so that a strong therapeutic relationship is developed which is essential for a positive outcome.
I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families in a variety of settings. My speciality areas include: mood disorders (e.g. depression and bipolar), anxiety disorders (e.g., phobias, OCD), ADHD, conduct disorders, substance abuse, weight management, and post traumatic stress disorder.
Visits are not limited to my office. If needed, on a case by case basis, I offer sessions outside the office. I also have flexible hours, including evenings and Saturday.
