I enjoy working with clients of all ages: children, teenagers, and adults. I have worked with individuals, families, and groups for the past 12 years in both school and clinic settings, helping address trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional and behavioral issues. I utilize a person-centered approach incorporating elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and other modalities to meet the individual needs of each person I meet with.

My goal is to help others build a strong foundation for healthy thought and emotion regulation, work through and resolve trauma, and learn sustainable habits to make healthy functioning a daily priority.
