My hope is to ease any fear or distress in the matter, in order to create a better and more hopeful life for yourself. As a licensed professional counselor, I’m here to guide you step-by-step in reaching the goals you set to achieve. I specialize in the treatment of trauma (adults and children), anger management, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I offer marriage and family therapy, assertiveness training, and treat those who struggle with any danger to self/other behaviors.

I offer a client-centered, individualized, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach. I’m here to listen and guide you the best way possible. We will work together to navigate through your challenges/struggles and discover ways to overcome any barriers to success.
