My name is Jeremy Phan. I am a licensed mental health professional (LCMHCA) with a wide array of experience, not only as a counselor, but as a father, a mentor, and a coach. I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults. I have experience with many different challenges. My work focuses mainly around depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, bereavement, dissociative disorders, schizophrenia, and gender identity challenges.
Therapy is a very personal experience and each person is different in their reasons for seeking help. It is important for the counselor and client to be a good fit with each other. This helps the rapport building process that leads to the trusting relationship needed to ensure the therapeutic process is successful.
