I am passionate about working with couples to establish and deepen trust, communication and loving action. Exploring and identifying the causes of hurt and misunderstanding can reveal the actions and practices that allow for trust, communication and passion to flourish!
My clinical approach is to combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Somatic Restructuring to identify dysfunctional thinking, feeling and behavior. Working with my clients we develop practices starting in the first few sessions to make changes and heal the core wounds through awareness and mindful practice.
