I start with an integrated Trauma-Informed Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive-Behavioral approach (MI-CBT). For deeper trauma and attachment work, I find Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) can be effective. If you need help integrating a psychedelic experience, I offer Harm Reduction and Integration Therapy (HRIT).
I was a Naval Aviator in my 20's and 30's. After leaving active duty, I spent almost a decade struggling to find my way. I lost most of what I had worked for and chose to retrain, re-school, and reinvent myself. I hope my lived experience and the lessons I learned will help me help you.
