I work with individuals and couples, offering compassionate, evidence-based care with night and weekend availability to meet the needs of busy professionals, caregivers, and families. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when people feel understood—not judged or rushed. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy and draw from research-supported modalities to tailor treatment to each client’s needs.
I have advanced EMDR training for use with couples; grief, loss, and mourning; and for those with Autism Spectrum Disorder. For couples, I use Prepare/Enrich and Gottman Method (Level 3 training), which allows me to help partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection using practical, structured tools.
My clinical style integrates practical skill-building with deeper emotional processing. We will work at a pace that feels safe while also moving toward meaningful growth.
