I will help you by using evidence-based strategies, relapse prevention planning, and emotional regulation skills while creating a space free of judgment. Whether you’re seeking personal recovery or working to repair trust in your relationship, therapy can help you move toward sexual health, authenticity, and stronger connection.
I have received specialized training for sexual addiction and pornography addiction and I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT).
