I work with adults and adolescents ages 13 and up. My approach to therapy is grounded in psychoanalytic theory and integrates meditation, cognitive-behavioral techniques, and creative interventions tailored to each person’s needs and temperament. I am an EMDR-trained clinician specializing in trauma.
