We will build awareness of the issue so it's not so overwhelming or confusing, work to break old patterns in a way that balances compassion and challenge, and create new ways of being with yourself and others that bring you greater joy, meaning, connection, and peace. My approach to therapy is grounded in person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and psychodynamic theory. This means I do my best to understand and empathize with your perspective, address the root of the issue and not just the symptom, and work with you to find personalized and practical ways to address it, heal, and change.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, relationship issues, and emotional regulation.
