With 27 years of experience in the field, I pride myself on working with people who have not achieved desired results in previous therapy experiences. Sessions are provided both in-person and through teletherapy. I have extensive experience helping adolescents and adults who are not feeling satisfied with their lives. Additionally, I have a team of professionals who offer psychological evaluations, medication management, occupational therapy, psychotherapy, speech and language therapy, social skills training, and ABA Therapy.
Therapy is successful when people do not feel judged, ashamed, or overwhelmed by the change process. I provide a supportive and caring environment that allows personal growth to take place in a timely manner. Sadness, hurt, guilt, and anger are not pleasant. I work diligently to ease these difficult emotions and replace them with positive ones.
