Our work together steps beyond diagnosis, into vast possibility.

My approach is unique in that I emphasize skillful and attuned embodiment. We will certainly use words together but will also drop beneath the storied realms of thought, belief, and retellings of past experiences. As dynamics show up in the session, you will find safe ways to bring held-back expressions into your or your relationship’s awareness and life.

In this facilitated group, we find ways of supporting the unique needs of each member, while also more effectively relating to others. We become more capable of being seen for who we really are – and of seeing others as they really are. We find healing where before we may have felt pain or disconnected… Sessions utilize Core Energetics, an approach that engages group members through body, dialogue and awareness. Group sessions include shared experiences and individual opportunities to process.
