Greetings and thanks for exploring my virtual counseling practice. While many of my clients tend to be between the ages of 10 and 20, I also work with adults and seniors on their own issues, parenting practices, stress and anxiety management, and more. Whether you are looking for an empathic ear or concrete coping strategies for yourself or your child, I use a strength-based and person-centered approach to psychotherapy. Please note that I do not accept any insurance payments, but instead accept checks or digital currency (Venmo, e.g.).
The most common reasons people are seeking my help include anxiety, depression, trauma, and attention-related challenges. I am also well versed in issues related to sexuality, substance abuse, academic pressures, and more. With adults I work on anxiety/depression, stress, substance abuse, sexuality, spirituality, grief/loss, parenting, and life.
I studied at UC Berkeley and Naropa University In Boulder, and offer authenticity and direct communication as a compliment to my knowledge base. I also have a degree in Music Therapy, am a Certified Gestalt Therapist, EMDR Trained, and also am a published author (The Art of Mindful Singing) and performing songwriter with five albums released.
