I want to help you to be reprogrammed to see what is going well and then to do more of that in your life. The principles I personally use to thrive in this life are those found in the Bible. I am a Christian! It is who I am, and not simply a place I go or a group with whom I identify. I will be glad to talk to anyone (whether you adhere to Christ principles or not). I can work with clients strictly from counseling theories or combine these with Christian Values.
