I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and relationship challenges, with a strong commitment to affirming and supporting LGBTQIA+ clients. I primarily work with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, or autism, as well as those navigating relationship and life transitions. I also specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and creating a space where all identities are respected and affirmed.
My communication style is open, down-to-earth, and nonjudgmental — the only thing I judge people for is if they eat their steak well done. I strive to create a space where you feel safe being yourself, while also offering honest feedback and practical strategies when needed.
