I work primarily with clients suffering from complex long suffering trauma (physical/emotional/sexual abuse, domestic violence, attachment, neglect, incest) to re-author their story. Together, in a safe space, we explore your trauma story and parts of you that already exist to bring about change and develop a path of recovery.
Using a Narrative Therapy perspective I create space with you to move beyond the story of shame and hurt you experience and we will discover you in a new light as you move forward. I also have training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Brief Strategic Family Therapy. These approaches combined help you heal from the past and move forward.
