I specialize in working with couples, sexual addiction, and child trauma. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for my couples and families, and a combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) with issues of addiction and compulsion and/or abuse. I seek to give clients an opportunity to re-write their story.

I often work with clients who are struggling with sexual addiction, I work with both the couple and the individual to understand the root cause, and key drivers to the unwanted behavior. I work with individuals who have trauma backgrounds and deal with unwanted shame.
