Starting counseling can feel uncomfortable—but I believe it takes real strength to seek support. I offer a safe, respectful space where teens, adults, and couples can explore addiction, anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions. My approach is client-centered and empowering, helping you build insight, develop healthy patterns, and move toward meaningful change. In addition, I am able to accept VASAP (Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program) referrals for individuals navigating court-mandated requirements, providing in-person counseling in Lynchburg.
I help teens, adults, and couples work through addiction, trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. Using CBT, Solution-Focused therapy, and EMDR, I tailor treatment to meet you where you are—empowering you to set goals, build insight, and move toward lasting change.
