As a seasoned couples therapist, I work with high-conflict couples who have often tried multiple rounds of therapy in the past. Many couples come to me feeling disconnected, resentful, anxious, or on the brink of separation. My goal is to establish a secure environment where we can explore what really needs to change to make things feel more sustainable. I also work with executives, influencers, and CEOs navigating work-life stress, imposter syndrome, and anxiety-related concerns. Many of these people don't know where to "place" their stress, and therapy offers a supportive relationship to unpack some of these more nuanced concerns.
With 15+ years of clinical experience, I've held multiple leadership roles overseeing management teams across various locations. I also currently teach and supervise training therapists. My therapy specialties include executive professionals and high-conflict couples. I am also a known 'therapist for therapists' seeking deeper growth and introspection.
