Our counselors specialize in trauma-informed holistic care, helping women heal from any type of trauma or major life changes. Here are some issues we specialize in: grief and loss, menopause, perinatal/postnatal, bullying, betrayal trauma, childhood abuse/neglect, intimate partner abuse, sexual abuse, medical trauma, vicarious PTSD.
In our sessions together, we will help you understand why your symptoms are occurring and give you skills to help reduce symptoms like anxiety, depression, shame, and anger. In order to help heal past or present distressing events our therapists use therapies such as EMDR, IFS/parts work, CPT and if requested Christian faith-based integration.
