I believe healing happens in a compassionate, collaborative space built on trust and humility. With over 20 years of experience, I can share with you many skills and concepts designed to improve your sense of wellbeing. I specialize in treating depression, trauma, anxiety, men’s issues, psychedelic integration, bipolar related issues, relationship struggles, and more. My approach is eclectic and integrative, drawing heavily from mindfulness-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help alleviate rumination anxiety and change some common biases and fallacies.
I take a holistic approach, working with the connections between mind, body, spirit, and the Earth. I see each person as inherently creative, good and full of potential. My values are progressive in that I am an ally to non-cis gender humans. I believe it takes a conscious effort to remain aware of effects of patriarchy, racism, and capitalism.
I am attuned to complex trauma and its manifest sequelae. From my own personal healing journey, I implore the power of creativity, meditation, yoga, nature, and exercise. I’m deeply interested in the emerging field of psilocybin-assisted therapy (PAT) and am honored to support clients as they integrate insights from their personal and facilitated journeys.
